    i still belive vegies make the best diet. in fact, you can get carbohydrates, proteins, & an assorted variety of vitamins with vegies alone. althoug meat tastes metter of course. but always have some regular exercise to maintain a good metabolism. and of course.. moderation is they key.

    No matter HOW you lose weight a portion of that weight is water, fat and muscle. When we lose muscle (our best fat burner in our body) we lower the ability to lose fat in the future.
    That means when you go back to eating regularly you have to eat less forever in order to maintain your weight because your body has lost the muscle so now it stores MORE fat.
    Thats why you always hear those stories about people who have lost the weight and gained back and MORE.
    The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to exercise , eat less and more whole grain foods (less processed foods) and most importantly to add strength training to your routine so that muscle loss is minimal (weight training: sit ups-pushups-etc.)

    I would recommend .. Its free and easy to use and will help you with both exercise and weight management. I use it myself and have lost 22 pounds.
