go to a dietician and ask for a 1500 -1800 american diabetes diet. this is a safe and healthy diet. your local doctors clinic should have these diets also. some of them will even give them to you at no charge.

The only suggestion I can give u and it has worked for me in the past but gave me one problem that I am battleing now and that is smoking, I picked that habit up due to taking too many vitamins. The best way to lose weight healthy is to eat more fresh fruits and vegtables, cut out the unhealthy fats, decrease ur intake of sugars and carbs, eat only whole wheat breads and not alot, instead of fried foods grill them or bake or broil them, decrease soda intake and only drink diet sodas, eat red meat 3x mnthly, poultry and fish 4x weekly.

Order your shopping online weekly, so you can’t be tempted to sneak anything fatty or high in sugar into the basket and then only order what you’ve put on the list, cut down on alcohol as this plays a vital role in your diet, cut out coffee or tea and drink more water, cut out biscuits and crisps and if you like chocolate, freeze it and have eat a couple of blocks a day or so, set yourself a goal which you would like to achieve after succeeding your diet and when you’re done, reward yourself!

The best answer is a personal one. My best weight lost was to join Weight watchers. I have lost 20+ pounds. My husband has lose 10+ pound is 4 weeks ion Nutra system. The difference is that I can eat real food. Nutra system has pre-packaged food. If you want a boost, go that way. If you want to be able eat out and feel like you are making great choices rather than cheating, go with a system like weight watchers. I eat with my family while my husband eats out of a box. I ate a Whopper Jr meal this week and still lost 2 lbs. This is because I was able to plan for it. I have 21 pts a week to eat plus 35 weekly points. They also have a core plan. Once I meet my goal, I will be able to maintain because I have learned some wonderful eating habits. My husband will have 2 choices when he reaches goal. He will either have to continue with his boxes or count on me to teach him healthy eating. Weight watchers= healthy choices VS. Nutra system= portion control only. Good Luck.

Also, if you make sure you have 8-8oz glasses of water and 1/2 of your plate is veggies and fruit at each meal you will lose weight.

The Cinch Inch Loss Plan is very healthy and also easy to follow. It’s powered by leucine which is an essential amino acid that travels directly to muscle to signal protein synthesis. It helps your body preserve muscle mass while you lose weight and inches from fat.

I was on the plan for three weeks and lost 4 1/2 inches from my waistline and 2 1/4 inches from my hips.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

STOP DIETING firstly. You need a lifestyle that will be with you for the rest of your life. So start by eating a breakfast – oats or bran. Eat a sandwich/pasta or something low in fat with 2 veg/fruit, yoghurt and then eat something healthy for dinner (fish, meat and veg). Eat 5 fruit and veg a day and drink 2 litres of water.
Watch your carb intake and STAY CLEAR of fattening foods like crisps, chocolate, fizzy drinks, refined foods and change all your white foods to brown like sugar, pasta, rice, bread ect…
Your body needs nutrients give it that and you need to eat regularly 2-3 hours (eg. a handful of nuts, or a fruit… you get the idea.) to sort your metabolism out.

The most healthy way I found was a ShapeWorks programme. It’s easy, you get help and support and it really is effective. I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks.

eating calorie controlled diet but only eating foods that have grown and lived… dont add anything to these and eat as much of this as you can raw. as for protein, try and eat chicken and fish only, red meat is very fatty but on the downside you will need iron supplements. (dont eat raw meat!) i eat 1000kcal a day and have lost 9lbs in the last 3 weeks of doing so. But am exercising 30 mins of cardio 4/5 times a week on top of this. drink lots of water and green tea to boost metabolism. and start a diet diary, its easier than you think! http://www.nutridiary.com and good news – its free!
