What is the best diet to lose weight?

Am looking for any tips or diet regimes to lose weight. What foods that are the best to eat and ones that are not ?

    Eat a diet full of wholegrains and leafy greens. Cut out things like dairy. Base your diet around eating like a vegan, as it has been found that a vegan diet (no animal bi-products) can help you lose weight VERY easily (Also combine it with excercise, like any other diet). But if you are really against that, I suggest seeing a nutritionist to get them to make you up a food plan that suits YOUR body and lifestyle, as that is the really the only way to lose weight healthily.

    Just remember, there is no such thing as a quick fix, the best ‘diet’ is a complete lifestyle change:
    Eat less
    Eat healthy
    Excercise more
    No junk food

    Cut out fatty junk, candy, crisps, sugar laden drinks and fast food altogether.

    I know this because I have lost a lot of weight in the past 12 months simply by changing my attitude towards diet and exercise

    Identify your exercise. No exercise was created equal. You might like running, so run. You might like jogging, so jog. You might like stationary bikes, so bike stationarily. Find the one that works best for you – that isn’t too much of a chore for you to do regularly throughout the week. Don’t pick a routine that you don’t like – or you won’t want to do it, and you certainly won’t stick with it for long. I also wouldn’t recommend buying into that whole “no pain, no gain” mantra. I’ve lost weight without hurting myself, and you probably can, too.

    Become a Gazelle. You’ve probably seen Tony Little on TV, selling his Gazelle glider – a low impact exercise machine. I can tell you: it works. It’s easy on my legs, and really gives me a workout when I apply myself on it.
