    Really I think its a low carb diet if done right…..my best friend was over 500lbs and over the years he has done the low carb thing on and off and now after 4-5 years he is down to 260, and a new man !
    Now when I say the right way I mean workout plans and diet look at the link I posted below for the Mens health TNT diet my friend and me are on it and I’m 172 but its burning the fat off me too and my 6 pack is on its come back !! so look it up……but remember if your overweight you didn’t get there overnight so you cant fix it that way eather!!

    Depends on your age, sex, and how many calories you need daily. There is never any good fast diet. However, I would recommend a balanced diet along with 40 minutes of exercise(running, biking, jogging, swiftly walking, swimming… get your heart rate up for at least 30mins DAILY). plus 5 min warm up / 5 min cool down. Limit your saturated fat, trans fat, and sugar intake. Drink plenty of water. Eat breakfast. Green tea is very good for speeding up your metabolism. No pills.

    There is really no best diet for fat loss except the diet that you start and stick with.

    Any diet will work in the short term but you want one that appeals to you. If you like carbs then a low carb diet wouldn’t last for you more than 2 weeks, plus you can’t live on low carb diet forever.

    Choose a diet that you can stick with. You might just need to cut out the junk food. Here is a link to an article that is titled ” How to find the perfect diet”, it explains what to look for so that you find a diet that is right for you.

    No diet would be good if it had foods you didn’t like and cut out foods that you did like.

    1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch

    Keep to a 1,200 food intake

    Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) …and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn’t seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

    I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

    Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don’t have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.
