    Walk or Cycle instead of driving
    When snacking, replace junk food with a piece of fruit.
    Adding veggies into meals. Don’t worry too much about the “5 a day” rule, but try and aim for that, or at least have 3.

    Exersice at least 30 minutes every day. Maybe try sit ups or push ups in the morning or a gentle jog around the block or a work out dvd. Or join a Sports Club or Dance club. Its fun, lets you meet new people and keep fit.

    Don’t look at it as a diet, its a life style choose. It’s not instant but you should notice a weight difference in about a month. But more instant you will find you feel more active and fuller for longer after meals.

    This is the safest choice out there as it doesn’t involve drugs or starving yourself!! You will definatley find your are not putting on any weight! When you notice this,your on the track to success!

    You can still eat your favourite foods just cautioned and when you feel full, don’t try to clear your plate.

    It’ll be easier to control your weight at this stage then later on, when the weight adds up.
