What is a low fat, low carb meal using hamburger?

I started lowering my carbs yesterday, and have hamburger de-thawing right now.

Does anyone make something low fat, low carb that is tasty, and would share the recipe?

Thank you!

A delicious beef and cabbage casserole with tomatoes.
1 to 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 head cabbage, about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds
3/4 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Directions for cabbage casserole with ground beef
In large skillet, cook ground beef, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper until meat is no longer pink; drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, salt, and garlic powder.
Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Cut cabbage into 6 wedges. Cook cabbage in a small amount of boiling salted water, covered, for about 10 minutes and drain well. Arrange cabbage wedges in a lightly buttered 9-inch square baking dish. Pour ground beef mixture over and around the cabbage wedges. Bake cabbage casserole, uncovered, at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over cabbage casserole and bake about 5 minutes longer.

For a start leave out the bun or bread and fries. Salads on the side such as beetroot, asparagus, olives, lettuce, onion, hommus for topping, pickles, grated carrot, avocado (in moderation cos it has good fats).

Its the “Push a raw burger into your face diet”

But really, a hamburger with vegatables like, lettuce, pickles, and mustardinstead of ketchup on low carb bread once a day, helped me to lose over 100 pounds in one year. With minimal exercise. Because i had two strokes, exercise was difficult.
Eat that burger and you will be well on your way.

Look into “Light” bread. Low carb vegatables. If you want to use ketchup, use a ketchup with no sugar added. Switch to soy milk, to help lower cholesterol. eat a lot of cheerios and oatmeal. And the key to low carb is to increase your fiber intake (try a fiber powder supplement-the ones that you can add to recipes, AND you don’t even know it’s there!).
    Drink lots of water.
