What is a healthy lunch i can bring to school?
I really am working on being healthy and it disgusts me the fattening food they serve at my highschool so iam going to start bringing home lunch. I am not very good when it comes to planning lunches and i usually dont have alot of time in the morning to make them. I have overused the PB&J sandwich and i dont have acces to a microwave so yeah. I am working to loose weight as well so i want to keep the calorie intake lower. Thanks for your help.

Salad, wrap or sandwich, use whole grains, meat, reduced fat cheese, and veggies. Most lunch meats, turkey, chicken, roast beef are better choices than peanut butter and jelly.
