What is a good/fast way to lose weight?

I’m 15, 5’5, and weigh around 130. I have a muscular body. But I was wondering a good way to lose weight fast, around my sides, hips, thighs.

Thanks

Eat healthy, eat smaller portions and walk every day. You should lose weight fairly quickly. Don’t just stop eating though, it will make you gain weight. Also drink lots of water.

I dont really recommend losing weight the fast way. You will only end up puting it back on again. If you want to loose weight than do it sensibly. Eat healthily and do exercise. OK losing weight takes its time, but at least if you loose it properly there’s a better chance that you will keep it off. But it sounds to me that you dont really need to lose weight as your weight seems healthy enough for your height.

You cannot spot reduce fat. The body will naturally lose size in areas on your body depending on your genetics. As a female, you are most likely to lose weight in those areas, though. There is no substitute for a healthy, well balanced diet and exercise. A strength training regiment or cardio routine mixed with a diet low in refined sugars/carbs would have you seeing the quickest weight loss.

Turn on music and dance like wild. Let your hair down once in a while. Go back to the days of wild child hood. Close the door of your room, turn on your sound system to the highest volume possible (but a little lower than the level at which your neighbors start to complain) and then do the wackiest dance that you can think of. Jump on your bed and jump off it again. Roll all over the floor. Pretend that you are Michael Jackson or Madonna (you will never see them keeping still) and do ever boogie move that you know.

It sounds strange, but some people have reported that they lost more weight when they drank black coffee before a workout. While there’s no hard data to support this, nutritionists speculate that the caffeine in coffee makes the body rely more on fat for fuel during the work out. It’s worth trying!
