what is a good way to loose weight?

i had a baby 5 months ago
and have gained a lot of weight, i am getting to the point where i get tired quickly
b4 the baby i weighed like 120pds
now i weigh 157 pds

since i had my baby my hunger is crazy, i know i gotta start watching what i eat,
and i know i have to eat smaller portions and healthier foods

but i was wondering if theres any exercises that will help me loose weight?
and how many and for how long to get results?

my main problems are my arms, my shoulders have gotten wider, my thighs, legs and stomach, pretty much everything
but my main problem where i feel it the worst are my broad shoulders

    Loosing weight is a pure numbers game. Burn more than what you take in! When you eat, NEVER cut entire food groups. Low-Carb, Low-Fat, Low-Protein etc are all bad and very unhealthy! Simply less of everything. Do weight resistance training on your entire body, not just the spots you want to tone. It’s hard to put this into action; writing your goals down, choosing a good time to do all this and eating things you like that are also healthy are great ways to kick-start a healthy new you.

    Exercising is only one part. You have to also have a very well balanced diet. Otherwise all your hard work exercising will be wasted.

    To lose weight, have you ever heard of the Master Cleanse program? You can lose up to 20 lbs in just 10 days. People I work with have lost alot of weight in a very short period of time.

    the weight watchers program is fabulous because it helps you get use to healthy portions and healthy choices…it sets you up with good habits for life my mom and I both lost weight on it my mom lost 50 lbs and I lost 20 (I only weigh 115 now)…as for exercises try walking or jogging if you can and some basic weight training with dumbells depending on your strength 10,12, or 15 lb dumbbells would work I’d start with squats, lunges, bicep curls, tricep extensions, overhead press (dumbbell verison), and lateral raises if you get google this or it there should be examples and it will tone you up really nice
