What is a good meal plan for gaining lean muscle mass?

I am wanting to gain muscle mass. What is good to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a few snacks in between?

    Your not gonna like this answer at all, but if your really trying to gain lean muscle then hard boiled eggs (without the center yolk) boiled chicken with all the fat removed, or fish. None of which are very tasty when cooked without spices, most spices are high in sodium and can make you gain water weight not to mention their bad for Hypertension.

    And great snacks can be protein shakes, Whey protein is especially good for after the workouts ( it puts protein back in your muscles quicker than other proteins)
