What good exercise methods can get rid of my belly fat?

i’m not way too fat, but i have some fat in my belly area. also, i want smaller hips and thighs.

    Try crunches for the upper part of your belly and leg lifts for the lower stomach. Just lie on your back, hands under your butt. Lift you legs straight up and down (don’t let your feet touch the ground). Do this about 20 times and lower your legs til about 6 inches off the floor. Count to 20. Do this about 3-4 times a day. Helps A LOT!!!!! I did these in the Marine Corps and came out in the best shape of my life! 🙂

    Any exercises targeting the abdominal muscle group won’t burn sub-cutaneous fat, instead they increase the size and definition of those muscles. As you’re not looking to work on your abs I’d be recommend light to intense cardio/aerobic workouts 3 times a week. That way you can have rest days where you’re body’s adapting and changing to keep up with the exercise.

    You should try a diet focused primary on carbohydrates as well as protein. Pre-workout energy supplements can also help to maximize your performance levels.
