What foods should I eat after I lost weight?

I just lost 10 pounds. I did it in an unhealthy way- I ate 500 calories a day and exercised. I know that was not the smartest idea, but now that I’m ready to be healthy again, what foods should I eat that are beneficial to my body and foods that will prevent weight gain? Thank you so much.

    just eat some foods that have alot of carbs aswell as alot of water
    but just try limiting urself to around 1500 calories a day and u shouldnt see the weight come back 🙂
