What foods should I cut from my diet to lose weight?

I’m still in my early teens, but I need to lose weight. No, it’s not one of those “omgz im liek 80 pounds and im so fat i need help” things. I have a summer camp in July, and I don’t think I’ll be able to do most of the things if I don’t. I do exercise a tad, and I’m going to pick it up, but the eating is also a big factor. What should I cut from my diet?

Sweets and fats are the obvious choice to cut, but others can include high calorie foods such as bread and nuts.

On some occasions diet and exercising simply isn’t sufficient, cos there will be surplus weight simply sitting around in your insides. It is not body fat, so it cannot be burned off, nevertheless it will be rinsed out, simply by taking a diet supplement. http://zilant.freelightpro.info has a risk free offer available at the moment, I tried it and melted away 17 lbs!! Who says there’s no magic bullett? LOL!!!

Carbs like bread, and saturated sugars the things that are harder to burn and contain more calories and maybe instead of 3 meals a day, 5 light ones and then there is no need for snacking.
