What exercises can i do at home with certain objects e.g. punch bag to get fit and tone myself?
I’m just wondering if there are more ‘natural’ ways of e getting fitter and more toned without going to a gym. I’d love to incorporate a punching bag in my fitness regime, any tips on how i can do that? thanks.

Use things like stairs to run up and down, or step ups on the bottom one. using your punch bag for both your legs and arms. just keep increasing the amount you do, but don’t do too much to quickly.

Well you can build a pull-up bar out of pipes from the hardware store (just ask em and they can help) this will help arms and back, then you want to do a lot of push ups and sit ups (arms and stomach) and then for legs you may want a bench or get some weights and do some squats…. A ppunching bag is helpful but only if you know how to put together combinations….

You can do Pushups.Do about 5 sets of how many reps you want.
You can do Dips.Do about 3 sets and you can use the edge of a chair.
You can do Sit ups.Do about 5 sets.
You can do Pull Ups.Make your self a pull up bar.Do about 3 sets.
You can sprint up and down your stairs.Dont over do it.
You can line up your back and ankles against a wall and try to go down and up using only your legs.Do about 5 sets.
With the Punching Bag go and buy yourself some boxing gloves.Start of with some left jabs…then take a break then right jabs…take a break then some right hooks and left hooks. then start off with combination’s of both.
Just don’t forget over the weeks maximize your sets and youll see some good results.

I simply had to thank you very much again. I am not sure the things I would have sorted out in the absence of the advice provided by you over such a area of interest. It was before a horrifying concern for me personally, however , understanding the professional approach you solved that made me to weep over contentment. I will be happy for the help and even pray you realize what an amazing job you’re doing training the rest via your web page. More than likely you’ve never got to know any of us.
