What exercise is best for slimming your thighs?

I know squats and lunges are good, but I heard they make your thighs bigger, is that true?

    Squats and Lunges can make your legs bulky but only if you are adding heaps of weights. They mainly tone your legs.

    Walking!!, Jogging, Rower, Stepper and Bike are all good for your legs. (Actually any exercise is good for your legs).

    You could also try pilates and yoga as these help with flexibility and strength and are proven to make your muscles have the appearance of being longer and leaner!
