what do i have to cut my fat intake to in order to start losing weight?

i’m a guy who weighs 195 pounds with 20% body fat. i do a heavy weight-lifting session 3 times a week and am trying to to do 30-40 minutes of heavy cardio 3 times a week.

i want to get down to 10-12% body fat and look ripped- help me out. how many grams of fat can i get away with eating each day?

    It’s not the fat that matters, it’s total calories.

    Just make sure you are burning more calories a day than you are taking in.

    You should get yourself the free Science of Fat DVD. It will show you how the brain and body regulate weight and why some people are hefty while others are lean.

    no less than 20% of the daily calories from fats. most likely your current fat intake isn’t preventing your from losing body fat unless it is contributing to a caloric excess. if you drop the fat intake too low test production suffers.
