What are ways to lose back and belly fat?

I know cardio workouts are best, but how long should I do them for to see the best result? And what other exercises are effective for getting rid of back or belly fat?

    stomach crunches, are the best but usually very painful. definitely worth it. do sets of 10 , 5 imes a day at anytime you wish.

    There are way too many variables to be able to give you the kind of answer you are seeking. Just stick with the cardio, and limit sugar in your diet as much as you can. You will see results.
