What are some of your favorite low carb recipes?

I have PCOS and am trying to lose weight. I was told that low carb (as well as an all around healthy diet) was the best way to do so. I am not looking for recipes that are high in fat and low in carbohydrates, but ones that have decent fat/calories and low carbs. Any help is highly appreciated!

    Hey I have PCOS also. So far I have lost 40+ pounds in a rather fast period of time. It all really depends on the foods you like. The common misconception is that being on a low carb diet means high fat I am glad that you have figured that out you’re ahead of the game.

    What works for me is taking foods I already love and altering them, taking the carbs out, sometimes even putting something in the place. It’s easier to do low carb if you still get the tastes you love. For example the other day I wanted 5 Guys Cajun Fries so I made Cajun Jicama which made me happy.

    If you like Italian try Chicken Parm with no breading just make your own sauce or read the label for a sauce low in carbs… serve with spaghettis squash with sauce or garlic and EVO with a little extra Parm Cheese.

    I just started a website where I’ll post 2 recipes a week minimum if you’d like to check it out. I don’t like bland food so if you want something different make sure to register on the site for updates.
