    There are no “tricks” or pills that will make you lose weight. The best way to lose the weight is through a healthy diet and a good workout routine. Cardio work is good for burning calories and increasing your endurance, especially if you increase your pace and distance over a period of time. Cardiovascular endurance training includes, walking, jogging, biking, anything that causes you to have an increase in heartbeats. Weight bearing or isometric exercises is good for strengthening and and toning muscles, as well as your bones. Keep in mind that this will have to happen over a long period of time and will really need to be a lifestyle choice. The benefits of of the combination of a good diet and workout plan will be long-lasting. You’ll be able to keep your blood pressure down, diabetes away among other things. It took a period of time for you to put the extra weight on, and the slower it takes you to lose it will mean that it will be easier to keep off in the future.
