What are some good tips for working off belly fat?

I work out everyday, but I still have belly fat and my hips and upper thighs are still a little flabby. I know I have muscle building under all of it, but I just can’t work off that last little bit.

    not eating.

you lose fat equally all over your body so whatever spots you work out, it doesn’t help those particular spots, except in gaining muscle.

    just don’t eat.

You cant reduce fat in certain areas .. all you need to do is continue working out and the fat will go.

are you switching up your routine? if you do the same exercises day after day, you may have hit a plateau. mix up the cardio and strength training.

Whatever you might hear, you should still keep eating! When you don’t eat, you are depriving your body of many things, and you body goes into break-down mode. Sometimes, it stores as much fat as possible when you eat because it doesn’t know how much nutrition it can get and how soon.

I have heard that sitting in a sauna can help reduce fat. Maybe you could sit in a steamy room and do crunches!

Good old fashioned sit-ups. Did you know some celebs do 100 sit-ups everyday?!

Sometimes, a belly fat isn’t really belly fat. Instead it is an inflamed intestinal tract. In this case, it is advisable to clean out the colon with a high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids. Eating yogurt can help normalize the digestive tract, as well.

In order to get rid of flab, you need to tone your muscles, and this means increase the number of sets and reps in your workout and perhaps, if you work with weights, increase the weights slightly (don’t increase too much that you strain your muscles!).
