What are some good exercises for slimming down thighs?

This might be a kind of strange question, but are there any good exercises (besides walking and running, which I do) that will help slim down my thighs? They aren’t terrible, but it seems like that’s the spot I gain the most weight in. Thanks for any help!
Thank you all for answering!!! You are all so very helpful.

Turn it to muscle! Thighs are the hardest place to lose weight! Lunges and other leg excerses will help turn it to muscle!
    (when it’s muscle it’s a little bit smaller (;!!)

Not a weird question. It’s asked a lot. Your thighs are a very fatty part of any body, and it is a key spot to tone so that a girl can have nice legs.

Walking and running is a great start, good job.

Now you can do things like squats. Helps you build muscle in your thighs. Another good exercises to do are lunges, or split squats. These are also a great exercise for toning not only your thighs, but your butt as well.

If you want to do extra you can go to a gym and hit some of the machines they have for your legs. These are good machines that help to get some of the muscles that the squats or lunges might have missed.

Lastly – make sure your eating a healthy and well balanced diet as doing any of these exercises won’t do squat (yes, i went there) unless your eating properly.

You can actually “reshape” your thighs by doing this thigh routine which sculpts, slims and firms up your thigh muscles.

    http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/thigh-exercises.html

This is becos the routine helps you build more beautiful lean muscle mass into your thighs, which in turn helps you:

    1. Burn off more calories from your thighs and from your entire body as lean muscle mass burns calories at all times and burns 3 times faster

    2. Mold leaner and tighter muscles into your thighs, giving them slimmer shapes and forms

Do 3-4 times per week for say 15-20 minutes per session. You’ll see a difference in the shape of your thighs in about 6-8 weeks.

The foods and nutrients you ingest make up the 80% of what really works in lowering your weight, ridding your body of fat, and building that desired lean muscle tissue. Exercise is a waste of time, and money if you have a gym pass, if you can’t outrun a bad diet.

And, as long as you have stress in your life, eat bad food to alleviate that stress, and stress your body some more, you will probably remain fat, or at least unhappy with the weight you’re at and the shape that your body is in.

Sometimes we all need a little help, and sometimes the help comes in many different forms. My husband, for one, needed some help. What he needed, he said, was a starting point and soon, when he was finally tired of the extra weight and his gut, a friend recommended this weightloss site. He started immediately upon receiving the products, and after six days he was down 7 lbs. and motivated to continue.

Now he eats better food, walks, has fewer cravings, seems less stressed, and is actually going to the gym three times-a-week. At least he’s doing it in the right order. It’s easier to work out when you have a smaller belly. 🙂

Properly combining your food, along with walking will guarantee to keep your results…check out how here: http://www.greattastenopain.com/painfreein1day.asp)
