I know to get muscle and abs you need cardio and fat loss training.
What are some good at-home exercises and training other than running for cardio and fat loss?
I want to lose 20 pounds by August 20. Right now is June 26th. I weigh 180 and want to go down to 160.

It’s not healthy to lose 20 pounds in that little time. Start off with a smaller goal, for example, lose 5-10 pounds in between that time. And you have to remember, when you gain muscle, from ANY workout, you are GAINING weight, not from fat but muscle. You can start swimming if you have a pool or know a gym or something that has one. You can do exercises while watching TV, so instead of sitting on the couch, you can be jogging in place, or doing jumping jacks or something. Oh, you should start biking. It’s excellent exercise. If you can’t go biking outside, you might want to think about investing in an exercise bike.
