What are some easy ways to lose some weight?

Can you tell me different exercises to lose weight around different areas of your body, e.g- legs, arms etc?

    to lose fat, do situps/crunches alot

    you can’t “choose” were to lose weight.

    the only thing you can do is eat slightly less, and exercise

    i have no clue i am on the heavier side but i loose at lest 4 pounds a day i guess u just let the day be good to u but other ppl might have better ideas then me

    Find a calorie counter online. Figure out how much you should consume in calories to be your ideal weight. Eat that many calories, and exercise.

    You won’t lose weight by dieting, or taking supplements, or anything goofy like that. Get a gym membership, eat healthy (not necessarily less), and stay happy. You’ll shed weight if you are in fact overweight.

    You should join a highly active sport such as swimming. It works all areas of your body and really tones it without being extra muscular and sweaty. Make sure that you do exercise every day even if it isn’t for long its much better than doing two long workouts a week.

    ………personally I like to DANCE to keep fit XD
    Not going to a dance studio type thing, but right in your own living room :). All you need is some music and some inner groove 😛
    I just stretch first .. then dance! (I’ve taken a few dance classes tho so i know what to do with my self but just have fun :)! ) its fun and is a real workout,…just don’t hurt yourself XD (i have, lol!)

    Pump some iron. Resistance training, (weight training), can help both sexes stay lean by building muscle and raising metabolism.
