What are healthy smoothies for breakfast and what should I eat with my smoothie?

This might sound weird but i was wondering if a strawberry-mango(mabey even bannana) smoothie served with some pasta in milk would be healthy. I figured pasta defintly gives you energy and its an old family recipe to put it in milk which also provides calcium. Im just trying to eat more fruit and vegetables.

Well if you want to have more vegetables and fruits then why not make a smoothie using that you can use all kinds of fruits and vegetables also use as much low-fat or skim milk you want. But i do not suggest eating pasta because although fruits have carbohydrates on them they are good crabs but pasts contains bad carbohydrates which means if you are trying to loose weight you’ll have to try harder than before!

You think that’s a weird one, After my workouts I used to have a coke in the blender with two cans of tuna fish, scoop of creatine and some glutamine. Sometimes I would spoon in some ice cream, so don’t feel like your concept is weird. Now on to the yummy tasting smoothies…. I got a ton. Let me know how you like. =)
