What are good ways to lose weight fast!?

I have a curvy body and it seems as all my weight goes to my legs. Im not playing volleyball or soccer anymore so ive gain quiet a bit. Im 5’5″ and weigh 143. I want to get to at least 125 fast. Tips, advice?

    Best thing you can do is exercise and make sure you’re sweating. That’s the easiest way to lose it. But while you do that you could also give up carbs and eat a lean meat and vegie diet. And giving up soda will make a big dif.

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

    Losing weight and keeping it off requires a lot of work, and the best way is to do it fast. You can’t eat less and do a few extra push-ups and expect to lose weight. You need to lose weight fast, and that means committing to a good workout plan, and changing up your diet to eliminate the bad stuff like sugars and sweets. When you lose weight fast you get more inspired to continue because you can see results happen before your eyes.

    If you don’t know where to start, then a program like P90X is highly recommend. It’s a solid 3 month course that outlines exercise and diet for you, and if you can stick to it for 90 days you will lose weight.     Avoid crash diets. They are bad for health and you will gain what you have lost once you take a break. Crash diets are not a solution to weight loss. It might seem as if you have lost few pounds but the moment you give up on the crash diet every thing will bounce back with a vengeance. Take a look at it in this way. Do you think that it is possible for a person to survive on a crash diet for the rest of his or her life’ Certainly not! So at some time or the other, you will have to give up the crash diet and then you will see for yourself that a crash diet does more harm than good on the long run. Crash diets may have a lot to promise, but very rarely do these promises ring true. Crash diets are things people go on in order to wear an old dress or suit for a particular occasion. That’s the only purpose that they serve as far as I can see.
