You can eat whole grain pasta, bread, natural peanut butter, almonds, soy milk, tofu, chicken breast, tuna, non sweetened cereal. And make sure to have products with no high fructose corn syrup. This is crucial. Eat a lot of carbohydrates that are made from whole grain. For snacks eat fruits and veggies that should help.
