    Running or jogging. It does help not only to get your body slim but also your face too!! It works on your entire body!

    Why do you want to get fit quick though? If you’re really serious about fitness why not work out a fitness regime of running, weight..etc

    Skipping… like boxers do is up there for getting fit and so is rowing as that hits a lot of muscles just by doing one exercise.

    From personal experience, swimming is the quickest way to get fit. Swimming exercises all muscle groups and tones your body. It also gives a great cardio workout.

    contrary to popular belief: WEIGHT TRAINING. weight training builds lean muscle mass which women lose as they get older. so if you get yourself some free weights and pick up an issue of shape/fitness magazine…there will be a routine you can follow in there. the more lean muscle mass you have the more calories you burn at rest! make sure you are using weights heavy enough to feel the burn but not heavy enough to cause joint pain. increase weight load as reps get easier. it takes about a month to build muscle when you’ve never lifted before but like i said before the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest. unlike cardio which only burns calories while you do it, weight lifting burns calories during and well after you’ve worked out. don’t be afraid of becoming bulky…it can’t happen to girls because our bodies don’t have enough testosterone in them. you will simply become lean and beautiful 🙂

    Swimming is best. It works the arms, legs, hips, and stomach muscles without strain on the joints. You can also swim at your own pace, use a kickboard for support when your arms get tired and keep kicking. For resistance, you can also just walk around a shallow pool. It has so many options, and so many benefits, it’s the perfect excercise!
