What activities are good for losing weight and are most effective ?

What should i do to lose weight …. fast ….. Like cardio and aerobic but what ?

    Total body work outs. If your doing anaerobic then squats/deadlifts/hang or powercleans. If your going for aerobic then burpees/skipping all the way. To optimize it do a combination of the both!

    walking burns more fat than jogging per mile but per hour jogging burns more as you’ll cover more distance. Both are good ways to burn weight, jogging if your short of time and walking if you have lots of free time. A good sport is tennis as it is very high intensity for a long time and you work your whole body if your using the correct technique!
