Weight?loss?

Hey Again ….
what should i do?
I am quite popular and nice looking i’ve been told haha :S and i want to lose weight fast …..
I used to be skinny but i am gaining weight quite often and its showing with a big belly and chest etc ….
I used to eat healthily like – fruit etc but now
i just tend to buy big packs of crisps , doughnuts , biscuits , and im starting to look less attractive i have been told ….help

    Start eating healthy again. Limit the crisps, doughnuts, biscuits, etc. Go for a brisk walk 3-4 times a week. Don’t continue the way you are, because you will get bigger and bigger and the longer you stay in your bad habits the harder it will be to change them. I know this from experience. I didn’t change my bad habits now I have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and liver problems. The junk food and inactivity are not worth it!!

    All you have to do is reduce your calories by 100 a day, (eg. 1 biscuit, 1 cup of tea).

    If you get hungry between meals, chew sugar free gum or drink a glass of water, to stop you snacking.

    You may also wish to take L-Phenyalanine on an empty stomach at bedtime, this is supposed to help you lose weight while you sleep!

    Reward yourself every third day by pigging out on a doughnut or packet of crisps for sticking to healthier eating.

    Also, fruit ain’t all that good, it is a high source of sugar. Did you know that a single apple contains 8 teaspoons of sugar.

    Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:-

    1) Eat less
    2) Take regular vigorous exercise

    Repeat 1+2 forever

    Dr frank is right, I would add that living foods such as living vegetables fruits nuts and seeds are the basis to supreme health. Weight will melt off. Dont put anything into your body that isnt providing you any nutritional benefits.

    Foods that are high in processed carbs and sugars become addictive. This is why there is a such a divide between those of a healthy weight and those who are obese.

    Biscuits donuts and the like are all cooked grains with no nutritional benefit. They clog up your colon and should be cleansed periodicaly.

    you would need a radical shift in diet. Your goal should be to integrate living foods into your diet. The regimen should be additive. The options are raw vegetables, raw nuts raw seeds and raw fruits.

    This is referred to as a raw food diet. No you do not eat raw meats or eggs. If you are trying to lose weigh ti would suggest beginning with at least 50% raw nutrition.

    it outlines the basics. If you were to spend your money on a product to rapidly drop pounds id say go for a colon cleanse. drink as much clean water as you can (NOT TAP WATER) distilled is good for detoxing. I can give you a few reccomendations for a colon cleanse, they may actualy be about 20 dollars more expensive than hydroxycut but are actually worth the price. Hydroxycut is just a cheap pill filled with fillers and some green tea. Let nature be your pharmacy.

    I began a raw food diet about 4 months ago, starting with a living food smoothie in the morning, though i used vega as an additive which is relatively expensive but way way worth the price. 1 banana, frozen berries and whatever fresh fruits available plus a scoop or so of vega. (its a full spectrum source of protein plus a whole food optimizer)

    Within 3 months i had lost 50 pounds. Call me a liar until you try it yourself. Mind you i had been a vegetarian for a few years prior but you can still be a vegetarian and completely unhealthy.

    The most important things is to stimulate your digestive system. Clean it out. Give your body the nutrients it needs. the easiest way to do it is to COMMIT to it. And it will not be a chore.

    I spoke to a woman who was about 10 years older than my mother who had recently switched to a raw vegan diet and everyone she knew was astounded upon learning she was eating live plant based foods thinking it was some sort of incredible sacrafice when really it becomes the best thing to have ever done. Feel good, reach your ideal body weight, and get in tune with your body at a cellular level. No one else will do it for you, and most people around you are clueless. If youre going to take charge of your health do it regaurdless of what others around you are doing.

    ok!…firstly, you need to get that junk food to a minimal level in your diet. That’ll be a good place to start. What you need to also do is to start exercising.
    I personally practice Yoga (http://www.zendle.com) for weight loss and toning, but you can practice according to what you need to do. Since you dont need to lose weight, you can concentrate on postures that’s give you maximum benefit for toming your body and reducing the flab.
    Yoga also generally comes with a diet plan which includes a lot of vegetables, fruits, water and grains. It also makes one realise how the body works and how we should listen to it.
    there are a lot of websites that do help you with this, you can visit any one of them. Please consult an expert before you start practicing.
