warm water and lemon juice first thing in the morning- helps with fat loss?

I read that drinking hot water with lemon in it first thing in the morning helps to get rid of fat cells, along with exercise.

Is this true? and how much lemon with how much water?
ohh yes it was the cleaning thing. i got it confused with the fat thing, thanks.
