Tips on getting fit with a disability?
Hey guys,
8 months ago I got very ill and it’s only now that I feel back to something like my old self. In that time I couldn’t do anything to keep fit and now I’m really starting to notice it! I have slight cerebral palsy which makes it difficult to do anything to intensive but I always managed to maintain a decent level of fitness. until now…I feel so far away from where I was and because I can’t just hop on a running machine I’m a little lost as to what to do.
Any tips would be great especially from people in similar situations

I don’t know too much about Cerebral Palsy but have you tried swimming or rock climbing? They are great exercise but something that doesn’t really feel like exercising. I know for me its much easier to get motivated if it doesn’t feel like you “have” to do it.
