SlimQuick packets mixed with whey protein isolate?

I am wondering about the SlimQuick packets, whether they have worked for any of you, how long did it take to loose weight and how much weight was lost?

My question is, do you think it’d be okay if i mixed it into my protein shakes in the morning?

I am on a quest to lose weight quickly for an event that I have in 5weeks. I am 5’4 and weigh around 166lbs. My target weight is 135lbs, but I know that will come with time.

I would consider myself to be very active as I’ve begun working out at least 5 days a week doing:spinning, aerobics, elliptical machines, weight training, etc.

And I have completely changed my diet to eating:
1 protein shake when i wake up
2 egg whites and english muffin – 2hrs later
lunch – grilled chix/fish w/ veggies/sweet potato
snack – yogurt/fruit/tuna salad w/ crackers
dinner – same as lunch or salad or smoothie from jamba juice

So I’ve greatly decreased my carb intake and removed all fried, sugary and greasy foods from my diet.

I am not looking to lose all 30lbs in 5 wks (although hat would be nice), but I would at least like to see some change in my body, especially a reduction in my stomach pooch, thighs and arms.

Are there any other suggestions that you may have to help with my quest?

Does SlimQuick packets really work? And anyone tried it in Whey Protein Isolate shakes?

you should stick with the whey protein, definitely not both… too many calories.

I have been doing the crossfit workouts and they have shredded my body big time (removed my body fat). They are pretty tough, but the results are quick!

give them a try and see what you think. I usually do the WOD’s

Also to tone muscle (obviously you want a little muscle tone which is very sexy when done right) make sure you are getting plenty of protein to aid in recovery and building of new muscle tissue

Here is a link for protein
