Should i concentrate on losing weight first or go ahead start building muscle?
Ima 20 year old guy and looking to get back into shape. I played football in the past and was in great shape. But i got lazy lost my muscles and gained weight. Im now a poster boy for couch potatoe.
I was just wondering if losing the weight first should be my first concern before building muscle again.
And also was just curious about Creatine and if it will affect my loss of weight since it makes you gain muscle weight.

yes because that weight will become into musle and the extra weight will just stay there.
