Right, i hate the way i look, i think im fat and overweight but my friends say im not, can someone please help

I am a 16 year old female and i am 5foot5inches and i am about 11 stone. I think i am fat. Am i over weight? Do i need to loose some weight? Please tell me the truth:) Does anyone know how i can loose weight and get a flat stomache quite quickly?

    Yea, BMI-wise, you are .6 % overweight.
    And yes, that’s kind of much for someone 5’5.
    You should get down to at keast 132.

    11 stone = 154 pounds. It depends on your built, but for 5’5” that is usually overweight. Try to exercise more (bike and roller blade!) and make small changes in your diet. No soda or juice etc. 120-130 pounds, or 8.5-9.5 stones would be a good amount to weigh.

    Walking long distances is an excellent way to get in shape. You can only lose weight by burning more calories than you consume.

    Okay, first of all, it couldn’t possibly matter less what other people think.
    Its all about YOU being comfortable being you.
    But if you would like to work on tightening your stomach, unfortunately there is no quick way to do that. You’re just going to have to start doing sit-ups and what not.

    U probly aint fat at all because i am about 6 foot and i weigh nearly ten stone, i am healthy and my body fat is 19 percent that might seem a lot but it aint. oh yeah if you want to lose weight do it the proper way and exersise or diet but exersise is better for you while eating a healthy diet

    I depends on how slim you like to be, 11 stone at 5’5″ is overweight. You need to watch your diet, try and stay around 1200 calories a day and cut out sodas, fries, white flour, and sugar. Keep active, walk, jog, swim…
