questions about weight loss?

I’m 16 years old…I’m about 5’5 and I weigh 125 lbs.
I know thats not fat at all and i don’t think i am..But i still really just want to get slimmer then that..not much maybe like down to 115 or 110…

I’ve been eating pretty healthy..breakfast i have oatmeal..Lunch- yougurt apple and a 100 cal. bar…after school I have fruit sometimes some of the mini rice cakes..and then I have whatever there is so dinner that night..usually no desert….sometimes i might have a treat though randomly but not everyday

as for working out I do the elliptical for an hour on weight loss mode and then I run for 15 mins. I also do some crunches and stuff and I do that everyday execpt for Sundays…

with this plan do you think I’m going to loose weight? and how quickly do you think i will?

    It sounds like you’re heading in the right direction. Are you eating fruit with your oatmeal at breakfast? Also, try to eat a light snack such as a fruit or vegetable between meals. Also are you doing any weight training? You don’t have to do body builder type stuff, but if you do basic weight training with light weight and about 10-12 reps per set, then your body will be more toned and appear thinner. Muscle also burns more calories than fat, so if you put on just a little bit of muscle that’ll help burn calories.
