Question for very skinny people, or people who lost weight really fast!!?

Hi I need to lose weight really fast I try to lose it slowly but it doesnt work. So for those skinny people who lost weight fast what did you do?? I want to lose like 10 pounds in the next 4 days as well.

I dont like eating meat, wheat, sugar or dairy and I still am fat
so please help!!
I dont care if its not healthy I just need to lose weight to be able to live healthy, im so depressed always crying not doing anything because of my weight sometimes I just feel like dying!

    The only way to lose 10lbs in 4 days is to chop off 10lbs worth of body parts.

    Your body can’t burn enough energy in 4 days if you starved yourself and ran non stop.

    Don’t eat after 6 o clock, or even earlier if you can. (That way everything you ate all day should be burned up by bed time and allll night long there will be nothing else in your body to burn off, beside fat!) Then, the next morning when you wake up drink a glass of ICE water to shock your metabolism. Eat a slice of wheat bread for breakfast if you can stand it, and non fat peanut butter on top is good too. And just eat “healthy” meals an about 2 healthy snacks through out the rest of the day, BEFORE 6 o clock, of course.

    You would die. That’s not even possible. Even if you ate nothing, you would still not lose 10lbs in even 7 days/a week.

    Go to the doctor and get your thyroid checked, and figure out a plan of what to eat, and do more exercise. It’s impossible to not be able to lose weight slowly. You must not be noticing it because it’s slow, or you are doing something drastically wrong.

    when ur done fasting for 4 days you’ll prob ably gain weight twice as fast tho.
    if u wana take a healthier approach its pretty much impossible to lose 10 lbs in 4 days.
    and not eating meat or dairy will make it hard for u to get ur proteins and calcium. and not eating wheat…? lol
    your probably fat because u dont eat these things. and u probably dont excercise either.

    You aren’t going to lose 10 pounds in 4 days. It won’t happen. You can lose weight, but not that quickly.

    As for how I lost weight, the key for me was exercise. Like you, I was eating pretty healthy, but my metabolism was too slow to really get rid of the extra weight. Go to the gym, walk instead of drive, never use the elevator when there are stairs. Take every opportunity to move- being active boosts your metabolism, so you’ll burn calories even on days when you don’t work out. And make sure your goals are realistic- otherwise you’ll just get discouraged. Good luck.

    get sick haha, i got the flew probably 3 weeks ago and i went to the doctor on a friday, weighed 127, the following monday i weighed 115.

    hah but seriously; don’t eat food after dinner and limit your fat intake. for snacks like a fruit cup or something. for me its really easy to lose weight, i won’t eat that much for a 2-3 days and do about 1,000 situps a day and i’m skinny again by the end of the week.
