Please help!! How do I…?

loose weight quickly. Summer is coming fast and I need to be ready to put on a bikini and feel good in it. Lately I seem to have put on a little weight. Not a lot. But a little. I’m 5’7 1/2 and weigh about 135 pounds. I don’t have a lot of time to work out but if there is a quick and easy work out I could probably squeeze it in. I really need to loose some weight in my stomach and thighs. Any ideas how I can loose a few pounds quick and easy for summer. Tone up a bit. I’m up for pretty much anything that will help and doesn’t take a lot of time. I’d like to weigh between 120 – 115. Any ideas are MUCH appreciated. Thanks! 🙂

    STUCK FOR TIME WORKOUT

    1. Jump Rope for 30 seconds
    2. Do as many push ups as you’re capable without hurting yourself.
    3. Jump rope for 30 seconds
    4. With your arms straight out in front of you, shoulders relaxed grip a dumbbell with both hands. Bend your knees and lower your arms towards your knees (keep your back straight and look ahead). Stand and swing the dumbbell up and over your head, then lower back to start position. Repeat 15 times.
    5. Jump rope for 30 seconds
    6. Practise the following boxing moves for one minute:
    -10 straight jabs: punch straight out in front of you, alternating between your left and right arm.
    -10 right arm crosses: punch your right arm across your body so that your first is in life with your left shoulder.
    -10 left arm crosses: punch your left arm across your body so that your fist is in line with your right shoulder.
    -10 two-punch combos: one rep consists of a right, then a left straight punch, followed by a right-cross and left-cross punch.

    Here’s some tips: Try to get up 30 minutes earlier every morning for a circuit workout. If you can’t spare half an hour then try doing three 10 minute work out sessions a day.

    u cant tone up without working out! u should do crunches or go to fitnessmagazine.com and they have good stuff!

    well as you may know nothing in life is easy. and why you would care so f’ing much about 10 pounds is beyond me. myslelf im a little chubby but i dont give a dam bout other ppls thoughts. how many of those ppl at the beach are you ever gonna see again?

    work out one hour, twice a day
    burn more calories than you eat- will lose weight super quick

    There is a tea called ”Diet Tea” in the chemest take that and have a good healthy diet and a work out like swimming will do the trick.

    findsome diet pills with ephedrine or pseudoephedrine in them and then double the dosage on the box. ephedrineis a stimulant and like any stimulant the thought of food becomes disgusting then with that part of the task completedmake friends with a treadmill the weight will begone in no time hope this helps

    lyphosuction is your answer… just kidding! do push ups, sit ups, exercise daily, and dont eat to much fatty foods you know wat i mean. eat more unsaturated fats and less saturated fats. thats what i know so far.
