Ok I got a big booty and so naturally my outer thighs are bigger. How can I slim these areas down?

I try to eat healthy-like chicken, salad, fruits, vegetables, very little sugar, and fish. I just don’t really know of any good exercises for those two areas. Help me! Thx!

    the machine helps form solid thighs instead of flabby thighs.

    I think since you eat right you should be slim and toned so a booty and thighs should give you a very nice figure, but if you want to loose that i would recommend walking for like a 1/2 hr
