If she wants to lose belly fat then she should do cardio and do ab exercises. (Do at least 30 minutes of cardio using tredmill, elliptical, rowing machine, etc.. will burn more fat) Using free weights with your arms or doing plyometrics also helps because they target your abs along with the rest of your body. However, you also have to note that you can’t just target a specific area you want to lose weight. Some parts of your body will store fat in certain areas, while others will lose fat at different times.
