you’ve got to be really obese to get fat in your muscle. muscle itself is lean, unless you have that obesity thing going on. being lean refers to your whole body, not just your muscle tissue.

I think lean muscles are real muscle, like hard muscles. None lean i think is just flabby muscles lol
