Muay thai vs Running for fat loss?

Ok so my question is: would it be better to practice muay thai, say like many 3 min rounds or running for like an hour for fat loss.Im not really concerened with weight.Just losing the body fat to get toned.I also weight lift for an hour.Ive been alternating these things but I would like to know which excercise works better.Are there better ways?Like jump roping or maybe just boxing? Any help appreciated.Thanks

    well muay thai is a very good workout and gets you toned fast. Just look at the UFC fighters most of them do muay thai, box, or ju-jit su. I personally box and running is a good workout, but it doesn’t really work everything out. Running is for like cardio. Boxing has whooped me into shape (im 15) i weighed 128 lbs when i started and now i weigh like 114-117 and have like all muscle. If your looking to just get toned and have the fund just buy a personal trainer at your gym or something.
