    2. The next way is to eat 5 times a day the helps the main meal is breakfast. And snacks throw out the day. No bigger than your fist. Another good way is to eat a fist full every 2 hours no big meals.

I’m currently working on my weight but I have just read that if you know how many calories an activity is supposed to burn you are more likely to lose weight doing it so do some research into calories for just walking, housework, gardening e.t.c. and let your brain tell your body how hard it is working.

The easiest way by far to lose weight is to eat healthier. Fat burning would best be done by using the treadmill and just run often as possible. However if you want to tone I recommend just doing easy excercises. For chest I do as many pushups as possible 3 times in a row. For abs I hold the plank to begin (lay down flat with your hands held together, elbows far apart and push yourself up and hold the position for as long as you can) then I do crunches or leg lifts (just lay down put your hands under your bottom and lift your legs to 90 degrees.) For your thighs just kneel and lift one leg till it aligns with your body. Just look up any muscle group you wanna work and there will be plenty of different work outs

Anything that gets your heart rate up and uses major muscle groups like jogging or walking, swimming, bicycling, any sport. The Couch to 5K program is good. It takes you from no exercise to running 3 miles (5K) after 2 months.

It doesn’t matter too much what you do. The best exercise is the one you will stick to. Everyone has something different they claim is the best. Just find something you enjoy that will get your heart rate up and moving with moderate intensity for at least half an hour several times a week.

The key to healthy weight loss is healthy nutrition including portion control along with exercise. You need to do cardio 3-4 times/week and strength training 1-2 times. Start with just a few minutes then gradually add time and intensity until you are doing 45-60 minutes at once.

Cut out sweets, seconds and junk including processed foods and things made from white flour. Use the whole grain version instead like whole wheat or multi-grain bread, whole wheat pasta (which I actually prefer), and brown rice. Drink only water. However, allow yourself one small cheat a week. This keeps you from feeling deprived and gives you something to look forward to the rest of the week.

After breakfast, make water your primary drink. At breakfast, go ahead and drink orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water instead of juice or soda. The average American consumes an extra 245 calories a day from soft drinks. That’s nearly 90,000 calories a year — or 25 pounds! And research shows that despite the calories, sugary drinks don’t trigger a sense of fullness the way that food does.
