Lowering Bodyfat?

What is a better choice total body 3x a week or 1 day lower body, 1 day upper body and 1 day total body for fatloss? Diet’s going to be low carb, high protein.

    Variety is best, try one week varying body parts, one week doing total body, you could even do one week only arms and shoulders or something. Repeat on a monthly cycle instead its much more interesting.
