Lose belly fat fast?!!! How?

Okay so i weigh 117 pounds.
Is that bad?
And its only my stomach i have problems with,like i see it with every top i were (grrz!)
and im 12

this is what i eat

BREAKFAST: a bagels or roll and iced tea or hot tea
LUNCH: pizza or chicken cookie, milk
DINNER: either spaghetti, pizza, fish, chicken, etc. anything like that

and i try not to snak help me fine away to get this belly fat awayy plz

    for breakfast – a bagel wouldnt be exactly the best choice to flatten your stomach since its packed with calories. eat something healthier like maybe a good healthy cereal with low fat/fat free/skim milk.

    lunch – pizza – BAD , not a good way to flatten your stomach lol especially if you eat this everyday. chicken yes its good depending on how much you eat & how its served (fried is not good)

    Dinner – spaghetti (depends , whole grain is the best you could eat )
    again, pizza is a no no,
    Fish – great choice
    chicken – again, depends on how its served & how much you eat.

    for 117 lbs it sounds like your at a low enough weight, don’t worry about it, unless you start to see love handles and a big belly in the mirror, then you would have to worry but if you really want to lose more weight this is how.

    i eat 5-6 meals a day, not big meals, small ones with a good sized amount of calories. the reason i eat 5-6 meals is so that my body does not store fat, eating 3 meals a day makes the body think it wont be fed for the next 3-5 hours so it stores fat.

    for you i would eat some fruit or vegetables in between breakfast/lunch/dinner, but remember eat somethin healthy for those 3 meals & try not to make them big.

    for exercise i do 30-60 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week. this is so i burn the calories i have eaten off which helps a lot in weight loss.

    if you do at least 30-60 minutes of cardio it will help you a lot in weight loss. you can do this by just playing! sports like soccer/basketball/volleyball will help you burn calories 🙂 (i play soccer & basketball)

    healthy weight loss would be 1-2 lb a week. its as high as you can go, anymore than that would be unhealthy and you would put on more than you would lose later on.
