i need to loose 20lbs. how do i do it quickly?

    drink lots of water.

    jog after you lift. the lifting burns all the sugar (since you burns that all up first). then running will burn any leftover fat. if you do it the other way around, running will burn all your sugar, while lifting will burn some fat, but not as much. cardio is more effective at burning fat.

    drink lots of water, eat vegetables,
    & exercise…
    walking is a good form of exercise

    lessen your carbo intake

    drink 2 or 3 glasses of water before you eat so ur tummy will feel heavier…

The article suggested running (I hate it too) as fast as you can for 15 seconds, then walking for 45 seconds, repeating the process more than a few times (I suppose it’s up to you and you’ll be able to do more as you exercise more). But apparently this is supposed to help increase your resting metabolism.

    Whatever you do, make sure you’re eating – if you don’t eat, your body will go into starvation mode and you won’t lose anything (except maybe water weight). And it’s healthy to lose it slowly . . . maybe 2 pounds a week tops.
