Loose Pounds?

I KNOW IT IS NOT GOOD TO LOOSE WEIGHT SO QUICKLY EVERY ONE SAYS, YET ON BIGGEST LOSSER THE DROP LBS LIKE CRAZY. ANY WAY MY QUESTION IS DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO LOOSE AT LEAST 20 POUNDS WITHIN A MONTH?

    I lost 17 the first month on South Beach. I stayed on the first phase for four weeks but then realized I was losing too fast so started adding things back in. Down 70 pounds in 7 months!

    cut your calorie intake to 1200 per day and drink water with lemon….you will lose 10 pounds the first week….the next 10 comes off slower.

    On the show, these folks are watched closely by doctors.

    Now, if you go to your doctor and he/she agrees, here is what I would suggest.

    1. EAT HEATHLY! No take out, do drive through. Salads, whole grain breads, yoghurt, veggies. You know the drill.

    2. Drink a lot of water. Again, this is a no-brainer. 8 glasses/day min. right?

    3. Excercise. Best way to lose weight without a doubt? Go outside and go for a 20 minute jog. When you start – jog as far as you can then jog for 25 more seconds. Then walk at a fast pace until you get your breath back then jog again. When you are pushed to your limit – jog for 20 more seconds. Then walk fast paced again, until you get your breath back. Keep repeating until you have run for about 20 minutes. Important that you add two or three minutes to your routine each time you go. Do this every other day. Not every day. It will not give your body time to adjust and heal.

    On the days you are not running, go for a walk. Whether it is at lunch or in the morning or after work, doesn’t matter. I used to go to the local shelter and volunteer to walk dogs. Great workout and you are helping out a poor little pooch too!

    Write yourself a note about why you want to do this and fold it up and tuck it away in your drawer. On the days you don’t want to stick to it, read that note.

    Good luck and take it slow and steady.

    “Loose” means when something is not tightented or secure.

    “Lose” means to have something taken away.

    You don’t “loose” weight, you “lose” it.
