Is there way way I can lose weight fast?

I need to lose around 5-7 pounds. I’m 5’5” and 118 pounds. People say I’m skinny but I have a little pouch around my stomach and I hate my thighs. I don’t want to be annorexic. I just want a healthy lean body. I’ve been drinking green tea every morning, and eating often but in small portions and I’ve been walking/running for about an hour a day. Please Help. I have a VERY special occasion coming up in less than two weeks, where I need to be fitted into tighter clothes.

    Lemonade diet, Look it up, I seriously thought it was a hoax but i lost ten pounds in a week , before a cosmetic surgery, its hard but it does the trick without you starving. Beyonce did it for “dream Girls”

    You should buy bigger clothes or have them altered to fit you. You can’t lose more weight and still be healthy. You’re the right size and have to accept it.

    Jog a 1/2 hour every morning

    Eat yogurt, special k cereal or oatmeal for breakfast

    Eat fruit instead a fatty snacks

    Eat healthy lunches and dinners and use wheat instead of white breads

    Do some cardio every other day (i have an exercise bike)

    do at least 100 crunches everyday

    I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
    1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
    2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
    3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

    It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

    Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track.     Tea actually has caffeine in it which slows down your body’s metabolism. Drink lemon water as it is a natural diuretic and will help cleans your system. 8 – 8oz. glasses a day is the recommended amount for proper water consumption. You seem to be doing everything else right. Good luck to you.

    yes but it is extremely energy draining- well if ur up to it ill tell u what i did in the marines and 5 years in the navy seals- the way to lose fat is to get muscle well , certain muscle placement is where certain fat is going to get burned- so do 600 situps and dont do a hand stand but get into bicycle postion and tighten ur ab muscles and slowly put ur legs 6 inches off the ground and pull them past ur head and repeat for like another 600- extremely energy draining i gurantee u u will have awesome abs in like 3-5 days ,cause if ur core of ur body is hard u will be too

    Guys dont mind a little extra “fat” in the belly and the thighs, but if you still want to lose some, do situps in different positions to lost the belly “fat” and for your thighs you can do the “squat” excersise: stand with your feet about 1.5 feet apart, perform a squat like sitting in an invisible chair and then return to the standing position. Do this in the morning right after breakfeast and before showering for best results. You should feel a tingly feeling in the right areas when you have done enough to burn some fat, if you continue after this lactate acid is formed and you will start to build muscle in those areas.

    You seem to be already in the right weight limit if not a wee bit under already… If i were you i’d want to stay around 120lbs. You probly are fine the way you are now… but if you must… my sister is a professional personal trainer for 17 yrs and the best rest assured way to get rid of pooches and thighs are cardio and lots of it. it takes 3600 calories to burn away one pound of fat. Yeah…. so get on a treadmill or eliptical machine and work out untill you hit a little over 3600 burned calories and you will be one pound lesser! So … if you need to loose 5 lbs… ((which you don’t Im sure)) just multiply 3600 x 5!!! there ya go!

    But some good advice for anyone is not to drink calories (soda, milk, etc.)… you usually don’t think of those as sources of calories, but they can devastate a diet. Try to stick to drinking water instead of soda, milk, Starbucks coffee, etc. as much as you can. Get your nutrients and calories from food. You can get calcium and iron (for example) from veggies and lean meats. Good luck!

    Let’s say you eat alot of junk food, and you stop eating it. You will drop 15 pounds
    easy.WHEN YOU SEE A CANDY, THINK OF A HOT GIRL/GUY IN A BATHING SUIT AND THINK WHO
    YOU WANT MORE.

    – Get some Fruits in your house loaded, and eat those when you are hungry but try
    Drinking Lots of water too.

    – Exercises –

    1.) Punch air – Makes your arm look non-fat.
    2.) Running/walking – Good for you also burns what you ate in the past 24 hours.
    3.) Biking – Burns the most calories and fun. just ride around fast for 10 – 20 minutes
    straight.
    4.) Swimming burns the same and more as biking, because your using your whole body, You
    can loose 5 pounds by swimming for 2 hours doing fast laps.
    5.) Weight lifting – Light weights make your muscles the same and get the fat off you
    also you look better. Heavy weights – Builds muscles like body builders.

    But, People like you for who you are and if they don’t and you wanna
    change so they will like you don’t because that is not a true friend.But
    if you are really fat, and you want to impress a girl, then do what I just told you
    Believe me it works. DONT get frustrated if you don’t see results, because it will
    take about 3-5 days mabey even 2 days if you try really really hard.

    HERES WHAT ELSE YOU CAN DO :

    Get on your couch and put your behind right on the edge of it or
    where your comfortable, and start doing sit ups while watching T.V., I
    do This everynight and moring for 100 sit ups for 3 sets. I did this for
    4 days and got a flat stomach

    You might start seeing your lower body stick out more, and thats normal,
    All you do is lay on a flat floor and raise your legs for 25 seconds each for
    5-7 sets. Do this in the moring and at night. P.S. – Lower body is the hardest part
    to get tight so don’t get frustrated about instant results cause your not going to get
    instant rusults.

    If your pecks, or known as your upper body is popping out, then do some
    push ups at your house. Do 10-15 a set if you wait them to get a bit littler
    and cut. You see guy models with cut pecks because that is what turns the lady on.

    For cardio vascular – Skip fast rope for 3 minutes then another session
    do this for 30 minutes if you want results fast!
    Also jogging. Helps tremendously! Do 20 minutes of jogging, and if you
    can’t do the whole 20 minutes jogg in between.

    Foods that I eat alot :

    Apples – 0 calories and feels you up.

    Green beans – 60 calories a CAN but great for your health.

    Grapes – Idk how many calories but great too.

    Any fruits are good for you.

    Drinks :

    Soda – Twice a week or non

    Water – ALOT 0 calories, good for you, FEELS you up alot.

    Orange juice – Great for your health.
