Is there any Homoeopathic Solution for stopping smoking?

It has been 15 days since I have quit. I am using nicotine patches and have had some luck with them. The problem I am facing is mood swings, depression and feeling of being worthless and anger at my life. I have been told of the side effects of traditional medicine so would like to go for a homoeopathic approach. Is there any product I can buy that would help (at least)

ABSOLUTELY, I’ll google you some info…
    here’s are a couple products:

    http://www.stopsmoking.net/stop-it-smoking.html

Go into a health food store, or Whole Foods grocery store, and ask for the homeopathic section. There are many small bottles with pills that melt under your tongue which will address the side effects of your withdrawal. They may even be under $10.
Best wishes and CONGRATULATIONS, I’ve read nicotine addiction can be harder than heroin to break.

No, homeopathy is a total con and any benefits are purely a placebo response.

You’re hitting the roughest time during the quit process, 2 weeks is critical for most people. After 4 weeks those symptoms should ease. most people find it helps to look at doing a dramatic change in their life. Join a new group, take up a new hobby, when those pangs hit go and ride a bike, run, hit a punch bag, turn up the music and dance around the house.

Hit these feelings head on and don’t let them beat you!

    Good luck.

Please read “How to quit smoking the easy way” by Allen Carr. THIS IS HOW I QUIT, COLD TURKEY. I have been cigarette free for a year now. This book will help you get your mind in the right place for quitting smoking. Quitting is more of a mental thing than a physical thing, although you’re probably finding that hard to believe right about now. This book will tell you why and what to do. Follow the directions. Very important.

A lot of people thought it was insane and didn’t believe me that I could have used a book to quit, but I did. I was a chain smoker, a pack a day- sometimes more, 120s. You can do it. I only had a few moments where I thought I was going to pull out my hair because I wanted a cigarette. But, I phoned a friend and thought of all the reasons why I no longer wanted to smoke and told myself I am a non smoker.

If anything, check out all the reviews on amazon.com. That might convince you. Good luck!

Smoking is not an illness, it’s an addiction.
