    My Diet Plan
    8-17 lbs in one month
    96-204 lbs in one year

    no less than 1,050 cals/day
    no more than 1,400 cals/day
    1 hr+ excersise = 2-3 lbs lost in 1 week
    limit starches and salt= extra 5 lbs lost

    Drink only water, milk as a snack drink (no more than a glass of milk a day) preferably superskim
    No Potatoes, maybe once a week for good behavor
    No salts, (added salts cant ignore)

    Eat mainly fruits, veggies, egg whites, soy, skinless poultry breasts, fish (with no mercury)
    nonfat dairy foods, and 95% lean meats

    Cut out starches, unnatteral sugars, fat from meat and dairy foods

    Eat about five times a day in small portions, diner or breakfast being the biggest portion

    When feeling up to it after about 10 lbs lost, start cardio exsersises

    Exercise twice a day, once before noon and once after your biggest snack…..

    worked for me lost 15lbs 2 months
