Is it possible to lose fat on your lower body by just eating healthy and limiting your portions?
I have plenty of friends who are skinny who barely eat anything.
I’m skinny overall but my lower body has some fat on it I’d like to get rid of. I’ve tried running and tons of cardio exercises with no results.
I just think I need to limit how much food I eat and walk everyday. Any thoughts? Will this method work?

Limiting your portion sizes might help, as long as you are being healthy about it! You should work on trying to adjust your metabolism by redistributing the frequency of your meals and continuing to keep your portions reasonable.
I recommend trying to distribute your meals differently throughout your day. This can really help to speed up your internal clock a bit! Try having 5 well balanced meals a day instead of 3 bigger meals – and make sure to eat breakfast. Never skip breakfast!
Balancing out your meals and redistributing your ‘food intake frequency’ might provide your body with the extra edge it needs for you to reach your goals!
